If you have changed addresses since registering, please visit the Information update desk on the test day to complete and submit our address change form.
What is your refund policy?

Applicants requesting special accommodations must submit their application by April 3, 2026. Please refer to the following steps:
Because Vancouver is a FIFA city this year, out-of-town visitors may learn that hotel rooms and other accommodation are both limited and expensive. We also predict higher-than-usual road traffic and encourage test-takers to leave extra time to travel. FIFA games in Vancouver are scheduled for July 2nd and July 7th. Though other Canadian cities running the JLPT may be farther away, they may turn out to be the more convenient choice for test-takers.
