Experience Spring with the VJLS!

Vancouver Japanese Language School will be holding a two-week Spring Camp from March 16 to 27. At the camp, children will have the opportunity to experience Japanese culture through a variety of fun activities. During the afternoon study sessions, we will use Japanese language and math materials to help students improve their Japanese skills.

Camp Schedule

Cancellation of Classes

Classes may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions such as extreme snowfall, pandemics such as COVID 19, and any other conditions beyond the control of VJLS-JH.

A prorated refund will be issued for camp days cancelled because of these conditions.

Prior to December 13, 2025, VJLS-JH reserves the right to cancel any classes that have not met the required minimum number of registrants.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel by March 6, you will receive a full refund of the program fee.

For cancellations made between March 7 and March 13, 50% of the program fee will be refunded.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after March 14.

Program fees are non-refundable for absences due to illness or other personal reasons. Transfers to another date or changes to the enrollment date are not permitted.

Exceptions may be made for medical reasons, such as:

• Extended illness
• Death of a family member or relative
• Emergency medical treatment and required recovery period

If a student is unable to continue the program due to a legitimate medical reason, a refund will be provided for the days missed.
Other valid reasons for cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
