Pro-D Day Camps

Pro-D day spent in a Japanese environment!

Why not spend your weekdays off at Vancouver Japanese Language School?
We will have art, games, Japanese reading, learning materials, Japanese library, and many other activities in Japanese. This is a good opportunity to communicate with your friends and teachers in Japanese.
Japanese level is not required.

Cancellation of Classes

Class may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions such as extreme snowfall, pandemics such as COVID 19, and any other conditions beyond the control of VJLS-JH.

A prorated refund will be issued for camp days cancelled as a result of these conditions.

VJLS-JH reserves the right to cancel any camp that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement by November 15. 

Refunds

  • The fees paid will be fully refunded if the student withdraw before Nov 15, 2025 (for Nov 21  camp dates).

  • From Nov 16 to Nov 20, 2025, a 50% refund will be given for withdrawal from Nov 20 Pro-D camp dates. 

  • After Nov 21, the fee will not be refunded for camp days missed due to illness or other personal circumstances. 

  • Camp days cannot be changed or substituted.

Exceptions may be granted for valid medical reasons including but not limited to:

  • Long-term illnesses;

  • Loss of a loved-one or close relative; or,

  • Emergency Medical procedures and related recoveries.
