Kadomatsu, shimenawa, otoshidama, osechiryori, these events and customs are traditional Japanese culture that has been passed down for hundreds of years. The Japanese New Year is the oldest annual event in Japan.

Cancellation of Classes
Classes may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions such as extreme snowfall, pandemics such as COVID 19, and any other conditions beyond the control of VJLS-JH.
A prorated refund will be issued for camp days cancelled because of these conditions.
Prior to December 13, 2025, VJLS-JH reserves the right to cancel any classes that have not met the required minimum number of registrants.
Refunds
Camp days cannot be changed or substituted.
The fees paid will be fully refunded if the student withdraws before December 13, 2024.
December 14 to 20, 2025, a 50% refund will be given for withdrawal.
No refunds are given after December 21, 2024
After December 21, the fee will not be refunded for camp days missed due to illness or other personal circumstances. Exceptions may be granted for valid medical reasons including but not limited to:
