Testimonies from Our Students
Here are some interviews of our students who succeeded in previous
Japanese Language Proficiency Tests.
Congratulations to everyone!
Yogeshwari Hardikar (N1)
December 2023
“
After a total of 7 attempts since 2014, I finally passed N1 in December 2023!
What kept me going was my desire to use my Japanese language skills for my career.
I have been studying every night while working full-time. In addition to taking the JLPT Prep Course, I’ve also been practising reading comprehension by myself, and I often use YouTube videos to practice my listening skills.
For the exam, I find the Reading section most difficult for me. Before taking the JLPT Prep Course, I kept making mistakes because I had difficulty understanding the context due to cultural differences. But with the knowledge and techniques I learned in class, I was able to answer those questions correctly in practice tests and the actual exam. I’m also glad I picked up some study tips in class, which I wouldn’t have otherwise on my own.
I hope to use my N1 certification to work as a translator.
