Aikido helps us fully express our spirit, live more fearlessly and become a positive force in every aspect of our lives. We provide an enjoyable and safe setting in which to discover the spiritual principals of Aikido for ourselves (the path of love/reconciliation) through the study of ‘ki’ (life force) and the synchronization of mind & body. Cultivating a relaxed, confident and extended feeling allows us to effortlessly diffuse and control our partner’s attacking movements.
