Registration for 2026-2027 Daycare Programs at Children’s World

Dear parents and guardians,

Thank you for your application to the Children’s World childcare program.

Children’s World staff have accepted your application and emailed you the registration form. Once you have completed the registration form, please upload the following files to this webpage:

  1. The completed registration form

  2. A photo of your child

  3. A copy of your child’s immunization records

Once you have completed and uploaded the required documents, your child’s seat in the program(s) is confirmed.

自分の個人情報が保存され、自分のアカウントのこの先の支払いのために使われることを理解します。この承認は、取り消されるまで有効です。

承認を取り消したい場合は、accounting@vjls-jh.com までご連絡ください。

Authorization for the monthly payment
As the card holder named, I authorize the Vancouver Japanese Language School and Japanese Hall to charge my credit card above for agreed upon services.
I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account. This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.
This authorization can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at accounting@vjls-jh.com.
