Registration for 2025-2026 Toddler Programs at Children’s World

Dear parents and guardians,

Thank you for your application to the Children’s World childcare program.

Children’s World staff have accepted your application and emailed you the registration form. Once you have completed the registration form, please upload the following files to this webpage:

  1. The completed registration form

  2. A photo of your child (especially their face)

  3. A copy of your child’s immunization records

Once you submit this form with the completed and uploaded documents and payment for the first month’s Parent Fee, your child’s seat in the program(s) is officially confirmed.

上記の者として、決められた料金の支払いをバンクーバー日本語学校並びに日系人会館が上で使用されたクレジットカードに請求することを承認します。

自分の個人情報が保存され、自分のアカウントのこの先の支払いのために使われることを理解します。この承認は、取り消されるまで有効となります。

カード情報の変更や承認を取り消したい場合は、accounting@vjls-jh.com までご連絡ください。

Authorization for the monthly payment
As the card holder named, I authorize the Vancouver Japanese Language School and Japanese Hall to charge my credit card above for agreed upon services.
I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account. This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.
