Dear Parents and Guardians,
It has been our honour to have been able to support your family during these challenging times by providing your child with a healthy and safe environment each day. We therefore regret to inform you that we will be closing our daycare program on March 31th, 2020 for the foreseeable future.
We understand that you will have many questions at this time and we have attempted to provide answers to these questions below. If you have any further questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us directly by email.
What will happen to my daycare spot?
All children who were enrolled in our daycare program before the COVID 19 crisis will not lose their spot and will be allowed to return when we reopen.
Will I be charged to keep my daycare spot?
No. If your child is not receiving childcare services, you will not be charged a fee.
I still need childcare. Can I take my child to another daycare?
If you are not able to care for your child at home, you are welcome to find another daycare. If you choose to do so, please let us know if this will be a temporary or permanent change so that we can open up a childcare spot to others who may need it when we reopen.
I have been charged for April. Can I receive a refund?
Yes. If you have been charged for April daycare services, you will receive a refund.
When will the daycare reopen?
At this time we do not have a date on which we would reopen given the evolving situation with COVID 19. We will be sharing more information on reopening as soon as we possibly can.
