ボランティアメンバーとしてご登録希望の方は、以下フォームに必要事項をご記入の上、申請ください。 

Current Volunteer Descriptions:

• Children’s World Helpers こどものくに アシスタント 

• • Play with children, help with games, activities and clean up  
  • Availability Monday – Friday between 8am-2pm 
  • 子どもたちのお世話、ゲームやアクティビティ手伝い、掃除 
  • 月曜から金曜 8am-2pm 

• Library Volunteer –  図書館ボランティア 

• • Help organize and tidy our collection of thousands of Japanese books.  
  • Japanese proficiency required 
  • 図書館、本の整理 
  • 流暢な日本語必須 

• Administrative Assistance 運営アシスタント 

• • Help with data entry, mailouts, and office-related tasks.  
  • Japanese proficiency is an asset 
  • データ入力、郵送、オフィス業務補助 
  • 流暢な日本語話者優遇 

• • Facility Assistance 施設運営アシスタント 

• • Help our facilities manager with tasks: cleaning up, moving items, setting up and taking down, doing inventory, etc. 
  • 施設マネージャの補助：清掃、備品等の移動や準備、片付け、在庫管理など 

• Monday Receptionist 月曜日受付事務 

• • Help answer the phone and provide information in the lobby.  

• • Japanese proficiency is an asset.  
  • Availability on Mondays between 9am-4pm.  
  • ロビーでの電話、訪問者対応 
  • 流暢な日本語話者優遇 
  • 毎週月曜日 9am-4pm 

• Classroom Assistant 教室アシスタント 

• • Help teachers in VJLS classrooms with tasks, learning, and activities. 
  • Must have Saturday availability between 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm.  
  • Classroom assistant program is from September to June 
  • Japanese proficiency required 

• • 日本語学校教員の補助  
  • 毎週土曜日 9am-12pmまたは1pm-4pm 
  • 期間：9月〜6月の間 
  • 流暢な日本語必須
