設計プラン
これらの書類は現時点でのプロジェクトの設計書類で、建築家がプロジェクトコミティーの指示の下に政策したものです。なお内容に関しては今後のコンサルテーションによって変更が加えられるかもしれません。
1F: 1階の図面。 新しい部分としては会館の入り口に設置されるガラスドア、会館内部を二つに区分けるパーティション、南に面するメザニンが見られます（メザニンには椅子・机を収納）
2F: 2階の図面。 ここでは、現在のオフィススペースが3つのプライベート・ミーティングルームとオープンコンセプトのオフィススペースを備えるように再編成されています。 この空間配置についてはまだ最終決定ではなく、スタッフと話し合いで調整されます
3F: 3階の図面。 図書室の一部にアーカイブを設置するようになっています。また、この図面では、二つのクラスルームが、ディバイダーをつかって広げられるようになっていることがわかります
4F: 4階の図面。 この図面では一部のクラスルームがディバイダーをつかって広げられるようになっていることがわかります。
5F: 5階の図面。 和室（畳部屋）を若干リフォームすることでイベントなどで利用しやすいようになっています
コンセプト
ここにある参考イメージは初歩段階の設計図を使って、建築家が当初構想したプランをそのまま実現させるとどのような形になるかを表すあくまでも参考的なものであることをお断りしておきます。 実際の設計図はこれらのイメージが制作された後徐々に進化を遂げつつあります。 また、今後さらに具体化されていく箇所もまだ残されております。

資金等
当初のプロジェクト予算は、第三者請負人の見積から＄3.5ミリオンとなっています。 この資金は下記の通り調達する予定です

- ＄1ミリオン バンクーバー及びBC州からの補助
- ＄1.5ミリオン 連邦マッチングファンド
- ＄500,000 融資
融資に関しては、妥当で現実的な返済プランがあることを前提として借りることにします。 VJLS-JHは現在、『こどものくに』プロジェクトの際に借りた＄1ミリオンを返済中であり、新たに設置されるInterpretive Centreから得る利益を使うことで無理なくこの返済を完了できる見通しです。
